Hampton by Hilton John Lennon Airport Hotel Review

I get the chance to travel lots ... so I get to stay in different hotels all over the place - sometimes for work and sometimes for personal reasons.

I'm currently staying in the 'Hampton by Hilton - John Lennon Airport' hotel and I really enjoy and love staying here. The hotel (I think) is more aimed at people flying out from the airport as you can take a lift down to the ground floor and cross the road and your at the airport and they have massive car parks that you can leave your car in while your on holiday too.

However there are some people (like me) that use the hotel and don't fly anywhere. The place I am going to is only 10 minutes away so I've been staying here and really like it.

Here are some photos I've taken of the room:

Sorry the crazy amount of pictures but I wanted to show you all what the room has to offer.

Normally during the week (and if you book in plenty of time) the rooms are £89 a night.

They also throw in breakfast - which is continental from 4am-6am then hot food from 6am onwards. They also offer a dinner (bar) menu from 6pm to 10pm but you have to pay. There is also a bar in the reception area and a nice seating area. They also have a fitness room and a conference room if you want to have a meeting or rent it out.

As I mentioned above there is also the landside area of the hotel which you can access - which has shops like Starbucks, Subway, WHS Smith and Spar.

Access to the hotel is through the multi storey car park. It does cost but when you leave you ask for a second card from reception which lets you out. You can also park on the ground floor in the many car parks around the hotel and get the lift up to the hotel but multi storey is the easiest in my opinion.

The staff here are very friendly and are always happy to help. I've been here nearly 3 weeks so they are getting used to seeing my face.

The hotel as I said is right next to the airport and its about 25 mins from Liverpool City Centre.

Anyway I have talked enough let me know if you have ever stayed in Liverpool or this airport and if you enjoyed it or not.
