Graze ¦ Limited Edition Mince Pie Flapjacks

Hey everyone :)

What can I say about Graze that I haven't already said in several other posts throughout my time as a blogger!

The idea, the range, the boxes, the small packages, the designs = amazingness! (yes I'm aware amazingness is probably not a word).

During the festive season last year (yes I'm still harping on about Christmas stuff - this is how far I'm behind with my posts) I got an email from Graze, I think partly because they were promoting their flapjack but also because I hadn't bought anything in ages - gullible old me was hungry and thought 'hey those look good' and 'they'll make a great blog post' ... so here we are!

Now I think I accidentally ordered the display box and stock you order if you were going to sell them in a store ... but who cares! Lots more for me!

Flapjacks are one of my favourite 'traybakes' - my gran used to make them and I loved over-cooked flapjack as it went all chewy and there was crunchy bits too! They are also one of the easiest things to make too! It's basically rolled oats, sugar, golden syrup and margarine- you can then stop there and you've got a plain and simple flapjack ... or like Graze you can add some dates and spices and you come up with a slightly spicy Christmas mince pie flapjack! - GENIUS!

The flapjack was very crumbly (a good thing), slightly spicy - you can definitely taste the ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and clove and overall very tasty. I even took some to work and one of the managers Sarah loved them.

The packaging itself too was very colourful and exciting. The outer packaging (that came in the post) was covered in little snow hats. The box for display purposes I'm assuming was covered in fruit, veg and sweets.

Let me know in the comments below if you got a chance to try Graze's Mince Pie Flapjack.
