I enjoy a good cookbook! If you've seen my bookshelf then you would know!! I had never heard of Prue Leith until she replaced Mary Berry on GBBO.
A big must for me with cookbooks is pictures and Prue's cookbook does not disappoint!! It's bright, colourful and there are pictures on every page!
I'm more of a dessert man but there are a good few recipes for dinners that peaked my interest.
