Today's post is on one of their new(ish) boxes - it's been out for some time now but I couldn't get my hands on one because they were sold out. I've eventually got my hands on one!
This is their 'protein topup box' which offers two flavours and you get 6 of each:
> original three seed - rustic rolled oat flapjack with mixed seed and protein soya
> cocoa and vanilla - rustic rolled oat cocoa flapjack with mixed seed and protein soya
Each bar of the flapjack contains 4.3g of protein and 2g of fibre, they are nutritionist approved and free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
The box costs £4.99 including delivery and you have the option to order a 'one-off box' or a monthly box.
I tried both flapjacks and was blown away. They are so tasty and flavourful. The 'original three seed' is very crunchy and adventurous - I say this because it's not just oats - you have different textures and seeds mixed in so its a variation on the normal flapjack you'd get in a store. The cocoa and vanilla - is not overly chocolatey and you can taste the vanilla - sometimes I find with chocolate products that the chocolate over powers any other flavour mixed in with it.
Overall both great products and if your looking for a protein topup and can't be bothered cooking some chicken or drinking a horrible protein shake then definitely try these.
I also wanted to add - I'm no health expert or nutritionist so please don't take any of the above as health advice or swap meals for protein flapjacks as I wouldn't want you to get ill or anything.
