Stur Liquid Water Enhancer

Hey everyone :)

I was lucky to get my hands of some 'Stur Liquid Water Enhancer' and I'm excited to blog about it.

Let's get straight down to it ... water is boring! It's healthy for you and has many benefits but it's boring and so many people look for things to liven it up.

That's where this amazing product comes into play -

This is 'Sturs' new coconut range - there are three flavours:

Coconut Water - Original
Coconut Water & Lime
Coconut Water & Pineapple

As you are probably aware if you follow the news - coconut has been in the spotlight as of late - what with the benefits of coconut oil, coconut milk and coconut water - it's very popular at the moment.

As I mentioned above there are many benefits to water - such as:

> reduction of appetite
> great for your skin
> supports your heart
> can help reduce/prevent headaches/dizziness

If you are interested I did write a post a few months ago on the benefits of drinking water and what it can do for you. Check it out HERE.

Stur also adds to the water:

> 100% of your daily vitamin C
> 0 sugar, calories and fat
> all natural fruit and tea flavours
> no artificial sweeteners, flavours or colours

In a previous post I talked about the benefits of eating half a grapefruit for breakfast as it contains vitamin C - which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The tiny bottle also provides you with 30 servings which means it will last longer than most normal diluted juice you buy in the supermarket.

Stur also offer their product in other flavours (eight) including the three coconut flavours so if coconut is not your thing - possibly try another flavour.

All in all a great product and something that I'd use again - it is so easy to reach for a can of fizzy drink because it tastes better than water. But when you add some flavour to the water it becomes something completely different.

Let me know in the comments if you prefer water on its own or do you add some flavouring to it? If so what do you add?

If you want to check out Stur's webpage for more information you can do so by clicking HERE.
